Welcome to Keystone Nurseries. We are committed to making outstanding childcare accessible and affordable for families across Plymouth. This guide explains our application process, fees, and the various government funding options available to you.
Our nurseries are very popular, so we recommend planning ahead to secure your child's place. Here is our simple two-step process.
The first step is to contact one of our nurseries to arrange a visit.
Not sure which nursery to contact, use the button below to find out which one would suit your needs best.
Choose a NurseryChoose a nursery below and follow the link to the enquiry form to join the waiting list on our nursery management system Famly. If you would like help with our online enrolment form, the Nursery manager can support you with this during your visit of give them a call.
Please note, filling in an enquiry form does not guarantee your child a nursery place, but it will make sure you are on the waiting list.
When a nursery place that matches your requirements becomes available, the Nursery Manager will contact you directly to offer you the spot and guide you through the final enrolment steps.
We support a wide range of government funding schemes to help you with your childcare costs.
From September 2025, the government has extended its offer to all eligible working parents for 30 hours of funded childcare. These spaces will be limited, so we encourage you to register your interest as soon as possible.
This funding provides up to 30 hours of early education per year for eligible children:
We also offer the option to 'stretch' these funded hours over 47.5 weeks (instead of the standard 38 term-time weeks) at our Little Squirrels, Nomony, and Playbox nursery locations.
Here are the official government and local council links to check your eligibility and apply for funding.
