• Identifying Needs: We get to know every child as an individual. Our experienced team, including our dedicated Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), uses sensitive observation and works closely with you from day one to understand your child's needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Involving Parents: You are the expert on your child. We actively listen to your wishes and concerns, ensuring you are a key partner in every decision. We hold regular meetings to discuss progress, set shared goals, and review support plans together.
• Personalised Support: We create tailored support plans that are unique to your child. This may include adapting activities, using specialist resources, one-to-one support, or creating a specific routine to help your child feel secure and happy.
• An Inclusive Environment: We ensure all activities are adapted so that every child can participate fully in nursery life, from messy play to story time. Our goal is to foster a sense of belonging and help all children build friendships.
