At Keystone Nurseries, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where all children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) are supported to flourish. We believe every child deserves the best possible start in life, and our entire team is dedicated to helping them reach their full potential.
We have a clear and proactive approach to identifying and supporting children’s individual needs. This involves a continuous cycle of assessing, planning, doing, and reviewing.

We are proud to work in close partnership with the Local Authority and adhere to the Plymouth SEND Local Offer. This means we collaborate with a network of external professionals, including:

Our experience working in close partnership with parents and carers ensures we can offer dedicated support to families who may be experiencing difficulties.
Our nurseries are staffed with a caring team experienced in supporting children with a wide range of needs. We invest in continuous professional development to ensure our knowledge and practices are always up-to-date. Every Keystone Nursery has a designated Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) who leads our SEND provision and is the main point of contact for families.
