Across our six nurseries in Plymouth, our practitioners, room leaders and managers work together to provide high-quality early years education for children aged 9 months to 5 years. Every member of our team is committed to helping children develop confidence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.
Our team is made up of dedicated caring early years professionals who are committed to what they do. Each member of the team holds relevant childcare qualifications and undertakes ongoing training to keep their knowledge up to date and promote best practice.
All our Early Years Educators have up to date Paediatric First Aid training and safeguarding training in line the EYFS Statutory requirements putting the safety of all children first.
At Keystone Nurseries, we believe that when staff feel supported and valued, they are inspired to offer the very best to the children with our care. We focus on building trusting relationships with each child helping them to feel safe, confident and excited about learning.
At the same time, we place great importance on strong, open communications with our parents and carers. This promotes a collaborative approach to work in partnership with parents to support each child’s individual needs and development.
All our staff are DBS checked subject to our robust safer recruitment procedures giving all families added peace of mind that their children are in a safe and secure environment.

Working at Head Office
With professional qualifications in both Human Resources and Accountancy, Tracy combines strong people management expertise with sound financial and commercial experience. Her qualifications include level 3 CIPD and level 3 AAT. She has worked with Keystone for 27 years.

Working at Head Office
Lucy is our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Manager with a BA Hons degree in Early Childhood Studies and is working towards Early Years Teacher Status. She is our Designated Safeguarding Lead, is Paediatric First Aid trained and has over 17 years experience in the industry.

Working at Little Stars Nursery
Sophie is Manager at Little Stars Nursery. She has a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Childcare and is currently training towards the Level 3 SENCO award. Sophie is also Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and is trained in Paediatric First Aid.

Working at Little Rainbows Nursery
Along with being Little Rainbows Nursery Manager, Evie holds a BA Hons degree in Education and is a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and trained in Paediatric First Aid.

Working at Four Woods Nursery
Kimberley is our Manager at Four Woods Nursery. She has a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Childcare, is a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and Paediatric First Aid Trained.

Working at Nomony Nursery
At Nomony, Rachel is our Nursery Manager. She holds a BA Hons in Early Childhood Education and is currently working towards Level 7. Rachel is also a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and Paediatric First Aid Trained.

Working at Playbox Nursery
Our Playbox Nursery Manager is Natalie and has a Level 5 Qualification in Early Years Childcare. Natalie is Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and Paediatric First Aid Trained.

Little Squirrels Manager is Lucy. She holds a BA Hons degree in Early Childhood Studies and is working towards Early Years Teacher Status. She is our Designated Safeguarding Lead, is Paediatric First Aid trained.

Working at SENCO
Sian works across all Keystone Nurseries as our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator. Along with being SENDCO trained, she is a Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner and is also trained in Paediatric First Aid.

Working at Head Office
Rachel holds the Managing Safely certificate from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and a Fire Safety Certificate from the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH). Rachel is our Health and Safety officer.

We have a fundamental duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of every child. Our team maintains a vigilant approach, building a culture of safety through every aspect of our practice. If we have any concerns, our first step is to discuss them with parents/carers, unless we believe the child could be at further risk of harm.
Our Safeguarding policy is fully aligned with the guidance and procedures of our local Safeguarding Children’s Partnership. The policy is available for download on our About Us page, is posted in each of our nurseries, and you can request a copy at any time.
